Time on my hands to visit and sample great food in venues up and down the country, more reviews to come.
I’ve been a landlord, a relief manager, I’m a foody, I love great food but there has to be great service to complete the package, the ambiance, food, the pleasant staff, they all play a part in creating a dining experience.
We and us, my wife and I are of a certain age that means we can take time to travel and enjoy great food and great venues, 40 years together working in the leisure industry, so we have the experience to give an honest review.

Our experience is relative to The Pub Review blog, and we like to think that we give honest and fair reviews.
It was a chat that started this and before we knew it we were looking at review site and blogs and decided to run with the idea and see where it leads us.
